Gamba Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of the document correctly.

By accessing Gamba, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the Gamba platform.

Gamba reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 15 for full details on amendments.

To open and maintain a Gamba account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Gamba may request proof of any of these at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gamba takes underage access seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and automated systems are not permitted to hold Gamba accounts.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your Gamba account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of Gamba or any of its partner companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on the Gamba platform at the time of registration or re-registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one Gamba account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Gamba will not be liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify Gamba immediately at support@gamba.wine if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Gamba accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge or otherwise assign your account or any balance within it to any third party.
• Gamba reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been breached, that the account poses a compliance risk or that the account holder has been involved in fraudulent activity.

All deposits on Gamba are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Gamba does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform any currency conversion. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions.

• You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Gamba does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred before playing with deposited funds.
• Gamba reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on accounts at its discretion, including as part of a responsible gaming review.
• Deposits made via IBFT may be subject to bank-side processing delays. Gamba credits accounts as soon as funds are confirmed received and bears no responsibility for bank-side delays.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are always made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on Gamba is Rs 500 across all payment methods.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed within 60 seconds on average. IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered through the applicable wagering requirement, at which point any resulting winnings that form part of the Real Money Balance become eligible for withdrawal.
• Gamba reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification requests must be responded to within 72 hours or the withdrawal request may be cancelled.
• Where a withdrawal request is made before a wagering requirement has been met on an active bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Any real money funds in the account remain fully withdrawable.
• Gamba does not charge withdrawal fees. IBFT transfers may be subject to fees applied by the receiving bank.

Gamba offers a range of promotions to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside them on the Promotions page, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of your account balance and are tracked separately from Real Money Balance.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 10× means you must wager ten times the bonus amount). Wagering requirement progress is tracked in real time in your account dashboard.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all games on Gamba contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Where a different contribution rate applies it will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain active at the expiry date are removed from the account automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in your account bonus tracker.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account or deposit is considered bonus abuse.
• Gamba reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any pending withdrawal and suspend any account where it has evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to coordinated play with other accounts designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Changes to an active bonus will only apply to future bonus credits — not to bonuses already credited to a player's account.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Gamba platform across all game categories, including card games, Ludo, Fishing Games, Baccarat and Virtual Sports betting.

• All random game outcomes on Gamba are generated by a certified RNG. The RNG operates independently for each game round and its outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous results or by the size of any player's bet.
• Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the Gamba system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Gamba may void a round in the event of a technical error — in which case the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and game room. These limits are displayed clearly before play begins and are part of the game rules for that specific room or market.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, Gamba's server records the state of play at the time of disconnection. The round will be completed or settled according to the state recorded server-side. Gamba does not accept liability for connection issues on the player's end.
• Virtual Sports outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and bear no relationship to real sporting events. Odds on Gamba's Virtual Sports markets reflect the statistical parameters of the RNG system, not team form or real-world conditions.
• Tournament rules are published separately for each tournament. In all cases, the published tournament rules supplement these Terms and Conditions — where a conflict exists, the specific tournament rules govern the specific tournament matter.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Gamba. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited and, where applicable, relevant authorities notified.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one Gamba account.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, Teen Patti or tournament formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions in ways that are inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the Gamba platform in ways not permitted for standard human players.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods that do not belong to you, making chargebacks after winnings have been withdrawn or providing false payment information.
• Money laundering: Using Gamba to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Gamba is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing Gamba staff, customer support agents or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the Gamba platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, logos, text, odds data, tournament structures and the Gamba brand name — is the intellectual property of Gamba or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for the purpose of using the platform as intended. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold or modified without the express written consent of Gamba.

Gamba provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous, error-free service, Gamba cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or unexpected technical outages, provided that any open bets affected by an outage are settled fairly according to server records.
• Internet or mobile network disruptions on the player's side that interrupt gameplay.
• Decisions made by the player on the basis of information that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed (e.g. game rules that have been updated).
• Losses incurred by the player as a result of using the platform in a way that is inconsistent with these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits Gamba's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Gamba's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Players may close their Gamba account at any time by submitting a written request to support@gamba.wine. Gamba will process closure requests within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recent withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Gamba may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a regulatory compliance risk. Where an account is closed by Gamba for reasons other than player-initiated closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned after the completion of any applicable investigation.

Gamba is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from within the account dashboard. A summary of available tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a set amount of continuous play time reminding you of your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During exclusion, no deposits can be made and no marketing is sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing in a single session.

Gamba takes all complaints seriously. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your Gamba experience, please follow the process below in order.

• Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact Gamba's support team via the live chat feature in your account. Most issues are resolved at this stage within minutes.
• Step 2 — Email: If live chat has not resolved the matter, submit a formal written complaint to support@gamba.wine. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant transaction IDs or game round references. Gamba will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after Gamba's final response, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. Details of available escalation routes will be provided in Gamba's final written response to your complaint.

Gamba reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect players' rights or obligations in a meaningful way — Gamba will notify registered players by email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. Players are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of Gamba after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamba is incorporated. By using the platform, players consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any such dispute or claim.

Nothing in this section prevents Gamba from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for emergency or interim relief, including injunctions to prevent unauthorised use of its intellectual property or systems.
